BXB Vault Policy

The Vault Production started 3/10/2026

BXB Vault pieces are made-to-order and produced based on the quantities ordered during the Vault release.

Because these items are produced specifically for customers after the drop closes, all Vault orders are final sale. We are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Production begins once the Vault closes. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and 7–10 days for delivery.
